Location: Long Range Academy gymnasium
Registration Fee: $30 - 8 ft. table and 2 chairs / second table $20 (6ft) (maximum of 2 tables per vendor)

Personal displays/backdrops are acceptable as long as they do not contravene fire safety (cannot encroach into the aisles, block emergency exits, or into fellow vendor space, for example).

Registration form must be received by August 2, 2024. Late applications will be held in a waiting list and cannot be guaranteed a space.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENTS until you receive your letter of acceptance.

Show Time:

We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible, however, should we be unable to provide your requested space we will try to advise in advance.

As in previous years, there will be a silent auction held during the Festival. We would very much appreciate any donated item you may wish to provide toward the auction.

Guidelines / Housekeeping

To ensure a well-balanced, high-quality show, applicant work will need to meet the following criteria:

Excellence and originality of design and or function
Show skill or craftsmanship, overall impression, innovation and exploration of materials
One studio per booth
Original paintings are strongly encouraged. Where original art and reproductions are offered together, the copies must be to
professional standards and identified to the organizing committee and the public. Original art must be predominant in the booth
Would prefer applicant be the designer, creator and producer of the art/craft sold at the show
No flea market items
NOTE: New applicants to the Gros Morne Craft Fair will need to submit a sample of their work (original piece of work or photo and brief written description) to be juried to ensure it meets the above criteria. Early submission does not guarantee space Successful applicants will receive a letter of acceptance once the deadline passes. We will not be accepting any new booths selling products that are not handmade or handcrafted by vendor
Exhibitors not strictly adhering to show times will be ineligible to participate in future Cow Head Conservation & Heritage Committee (CHCHC) events. Booth must be ready for business at 10 a.m. and remain open until the show closes at 4 pm. No tear-down until 4pm
Tables will be provided however; exhibitors are responsible for supplying their own table covering
Exhibitors intending to sell food products must be registered/licensed with ServiceNL to ensure all food quality/safety guidelines are met. Proof of licensing will be required at your booth. For additional information please contact Penny Burke at pburke@gov.nl.ca
Where electrical access is provided, exhibitors will be responsible for supplying their own extension cords
Lost, damaged, or stolen products and display materials are completely the responsibility of the exhibitor owning the products and materials in question
Booth location may be requested, but selection will be at the discretion of the CHCHC
Exhibitors are responsible for making their own reservations for accommodations
Craft Fair will be marketed through posters, social media, ad channels, newspaper ads, and radio announcements and household flyers to Cow Head and surrounding communities.
