Workshop - Making the most of your berries
Pick your own berries, make your jam and homemade jam-jam cookies with Theatre Newfoundland and Labradors Beverly Payne and Lorrie Reid
Bev and Lorrie will teach participants how to pick and prepare the berries, make the jam, and make the homemade jam jams
Each participant will get a small mason jar of jam and a box of jam jams to take home.
Participants will need to wear appropriate footwear and clothing (in the event of inclement weather, berries will be provided)

Forest Health Nature Walk
- Mission: Future Forests
Moose over-browsing, insect outbreaks, windstorms... many factors affect forest health! 
Join Parks Canada interpreter Cedric Davignon on a gentle one-hour hike on the Old Mail Road trail to learn more about how the forest of Gros Morne National Park is doing and why, since 2023, trees are being planted in areas of the park where regeneration has been prevented by moose over-browsing.
